  • Phytosanitary certificate (KEPHIS) — flowers, fruit, tea and coffee
  • Halal certificate and veterinary health certificate — meat

Questions buyers in Saudi Arabia ask

How do your products reach Saudi Arabia?

Flowers and chilled meat fly from JKIA, Nairobi. Avocado, tea and coffee sail from Mombasa in containers. The route section on this page lists the airports and ports we quote to.

What documents arrive with the shipment?

Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and the certificate the product needs — phytosanitary for flowers, fruit, tea and coffee; halal and veterinary health for meat — plus the airway bill or bill of lading and, for reefer containers, the temperature record.

Do you quote delivered to Riyadh?

Yes. Tell us the Incoterm you work with — FOB, CNF, CIF or CIP — and the airport or port, and we quote to it.

Can one shipment carry more than one product?

Air shipments can combine roses and summer flowers on one airway bill. Chilled meat travels on its own. Sea containers carry one product each; we can plan them together.

How do I get today's price?

WhatsApp or the form, with the product, quantity and destination. We reply with a written quotation and the specification attached.

Do you have an office in Saudi Arabia?

No. We sell from Nairobi, in English, Arabic and Russian, and we answer the same day.

Which Saudi port do you use for avocado?

Jeddah Islamic Port, with Maersk, nine to twelve days from Mombasa. Dammam on request.

Is the goat meat halal certified?

Yes. Galla goat and Dorper sheep are slaughtered halal and the certificate flies with the carcasses to Riyadh.
